Return and Refund Policy: There is no return or refund once order is placed. However if item is damaged it will be replaced at no cost to you.  All orderes are discussed, reviewed before finalizing with client.

All orders are shipped through USPS. Please keep in mind these are custom made orders the process is you place your order, and please give it 1-2 weeks to make and ship.  If it's delayed you will be notified.
